Liquid Glow is the latest novelty of Jorge de la Garza, A liquid and moisturizing illuminator that brings to our skin a natural glow effect. Its formula contains natural moisturizing factors that allow us to get a conditioned skin and ready for our makeup base. Perlated pigments help us achieve that glow effect that we want so much in those areas where we apply the liquid illuminator. It is very easy to apply and you can apply it alone or mixing it with the Skin Perfect makeup base.
