100% ESSENTIAL OIL OF OH PALO Extracted by distillation in water vapor:

Precautions
- Contact an expert if you are pregnant or in the breastfeeding period, or if you are going to use it in children or babies.
- Keep in a place out of the reach of young children.
- Apply low quantities and together with vegetable creams or oils, not directly put on the skin (2% of essential oil in 98% of vegetable oil).
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Citrus oils can cause photosensitivity reactions, sun exposure is advised after application.
- Avoid eye contact and immediately wash your hands after application.
- Keep the boat well closed, in a cool and dry place.
- Volatile smell.
How should I apply it?
Apply 2 drops in 10ml. of our usual cream or vegetable oil to massage the areas we need to treat.
For a relaxing bath, add 4 drops of essential oil together.
To reconcile sleep, add 2-4 drops in your diffuser and relax.
