What is it for?
The nails are composed of synthesized keratin rich in sulfur, small amounts of calcium, iron and zinc, phospholipids, vitamin A, C, E and Group B such as biotin. The lack of some of these vitamins and nutrients make the nails soften and break easily. Therefore, it is of great importance to always keep them very careful and with strong defenses.
