OPI Start to Finish is a treatment 3 in 1. Strengthens nails, it hardens weak nails and reinforces enamel.
It is used in several manicure processes. As a basis for strengthening the nail, and facilitating the enamel seal, finally after the enamel, to protect it or give it a brightness.
Utilization:
- Wash your hands and nails
- Dry moisture with a paper.
- Apply a layer on the nails and wait a minute for acting
- Paint with the chosen enamel
- Re -apply another layer and leave act
