White Express Facial Cream Kuo's Professional It is a depigmenting facial treatment that helps reduce melanin formation, which visibly reduces the appearance of spots. It improves the appearance of the skin and reduces existing spots.

How should it be applied?
In the morning:
- First clean and tone the face.
