These are some therapies that you can add to your services:
- Relaxation and relief of physical exhaustion: prepared with almond vegetable oil (5 tablespoons) and 10 drops of essential oils of cinnamon, ginger, tea tree, rosemary and lemon.
- Muscle pain and contractures: Intense massage with jojoba vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), hyperérico vegetable oil (1 tablespoon) and 1 drop of spinning oils of cinnamon, chamomile and lavender.
Add 3 or 4 drops to the massage cream that soles use for all anti-cellulite treatments, to relieve tired pain and legs.
What treatment can I do before or after this?
Before performing any type of massage, the skin must be very clean and even exfoliated with some peel that helps eliminate dead cells, and so they better penetrate the benefits of the oil. At the end of the massage, you can also choose to prescribe a daily mixture for their routine.
