What is it for? What am I going to achieve with this product?
Professional coconut oil is an ally in massages for dry skin that need great hydration to prevent dryness. It is very rich in fatty acids and provides an aroma of sensations: vanilla and coconut.
It is composed of 2 main oils:
- Coconut oil: It helps maintain hydration in the skin and returns its natural barrier that retains moisture.
- UVA Pepita Oil: Stimulates collagen and elastin, and brakes skin aging.
In addition, in its aromatic effect we also find benefits such as:
- Coconut and vanilla aroma: relaxing and soothing properties, decreases the levels of anxiety and help in sleep conciliation.
For what type of client is it?
Indicated for all types of massages that need to hydrate and recover dry or very dry skin.
What treatments can I do with this product? In what cabin protocols can I use it?
This type of cabin oil can be used in Lomi-Lomi massages, a traditional Hawaian massage formula with spiritual and healing properties. Their movements are very rhythmic and simulate the waves of the sea.
The cabin protocol could be the following:
- The skin must always be clean and dry to help penetrate the essential benefits of the oil.
- Relaxing and soft music will set the massage.
- Apply the oil on the area to be treated and begins to give long movements with hands, elbows and forearms. The pressure must follow a rhythm and in specific areas to reduce muscle tensions and blockages. After pressure, he continues to massage gently.
What treatment can I do before or after this?
Before a massage you can advise a previous body exfoliation, a bath with a hand with paraffin, a hot shower before the session or any other body therapy that the client needs.
After massage, especially at home, the client can continue with bodily creams that provide benefits for their skin type.
