Dry skin moisturizer
Mantle + urea 10% and 20% of Atache It is a powerful moisturizer indicated for those dry, dehydrated and cracked skins. Also, it has scoring actions so that in disorders that are with hyperkeratosis, it facilitates skin dimming. At the same time it contributes to the elimination of epidermal scales. It restores the cutaneous balance, protects and maintains in good condition the cornea layer.
What is it for?
Its main active ingredients:
- Lactic acid: component of the natural hydration factor. It acts by hydrating and acidifying the stratum corneo favoring cutaneous elasticity. It stimulates the renewal of keratinocytes.
- Urea: It has an epidermal keratin dissolution action due to a mechanism for rupture of the hydrogen bridges of it. In dry hyperkeratosic states it facilitates skin folding while contributing to the elimination of epidermal scales. It has a moisturizing action. Reduces transdermal water loss. Promotes cell renewal and natural peeling.
Who can use it?
- Mantle + urea 10%: especially in dry, dehydrated and cracked skin.
- Mantle acid +urea 20%: Recommended for dry and cracked skin with areas of high hyperkeratosis and peeling.
How should it be applied?
It is a formulated product to apply it in the specific areas with a specific dryness problem. Ideal for the application in back and palm of the hands. For the floor of the foot and heels, elbows and knees.
Always apply with previously washed skin, ideal for the shower, before sleeping.
