This essential oil is widely used in anti -aging treatments with the aim of regenerating the epidermis, reducing wrinkles and reaffirming the skin. It acts against free radicals and acts as an antifungal to combat fungi.
Beyond the skin, it relieves menstrual pains and gives us stability and safety.
What is it for?
Carrot essential oil acquired by water vapor distillation:
- Reduces menstrual pain.

Suitable for all types of skins.
Precautions
- First look for an expert to advise you if you are pregnant or in the breastfeeding period, or if you are going to use it in children or babies.
- Save away from the reach of children and animals.
- Not indicated in sensitive and atopic skin.
- Add a low dose and always mix it with vegetable creams or oils. Never apply it directly to the skin (2% essential oil in 98% vegetable oil).
- Do not use more than the recommended amount.
- Do not sunbathe after application, since citrus oils can cause photosensitivity reactions.
- Avoid approaching the eyes and washing your hands very well after application.
- Keep the boat well closed, in a cool and dry place.
- Volatile smell.
How should I apply it?
Use 1 drop in 10ml. of cream or vegetable oil to regulate the sebum, hydrate and regenerate the epidermis.
A bath to relax, adding sea salt and 4 drops of this essential oil.
2-4 drops in a diffuser with water, before sleeping to have a more repairing and deep dream.
