A very used essential oil to reconcile sleep, relax and control anxiety. It is also ideal for improving the symptoms of menstruation or menopause, as well as the heaviness of legs by varicose veins and poor circulation.
What is it for?
Sage Essential Oil SCLarea extracted by distillation in water vapor:
- It combats excess sweating and body smell.
- Treatment of varicose veins and legs.

Indicated for all types of skins.
Precautions
- Ask an expert first if you are pregnant or in the breastfeeding period, or if you are going to use it in children or babies.
- Always keep away from the reach of children and animals.
- Not indicated in sensitive and atopic skin.
- Use low doses and mix it with vegetable creams or oils, not directly put on the skin (2% essential oil in 98% vegetable oil).
- Do not exceed the recommended amount.
- Do not expose yourself to the sun after application, since citrus oils can cause photosensitivity reactions.
- Avoid eye contact and immediately wash your hands after application.
- Keep the boat well closed, in a cool and dry place.
- Volatile smell.
How should I apply it?
Use 2 drops in 10ml. of cream or vegetable oil to perform relaxing massages.
The best female bath, adding sea salt and 4 drops of this essential oil.
