Lemon essential oil and purifying reducing
The lemon in essential oil is commonly used to purify and regenerate skin with grains, warts and other conditions, for its antibacterial and antiseptic power. In addition, it is a great ally to treat cellulite and reduce localized fat.
What is it for?
100% lemon essential oil obtained by expression of the cold fruit peel:
- Improve nausea.
- It brings joy and eliminates anxiety.
- Reductant and drainage action.
- Treatment of varicose veins.
- Strengthening for fragile nails.
- It favors blood microcirculation.
Who can use it?
Indicated for all types of skins.
Precautions
- Consult before with a professional in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, children and babies.
- Keep out of the reach of young children.
- Use small doses and mix them with vegetable creams or oils, never apply directly to the skin (2% essential oil in 98% vegetable oil).
- Do not increase the recommended amount.
- Citrus oils can cause photosensitivity reactions, sun exposure is not recommended after application.
- Avoid eye contact and immediately wash your hands after application.
- Keep the boat well closed, in a cool and dry place.
- Volatile smell.
How should I apply it?
Add 3 drops in 10 ml. of vegetable oil or cream to achieve an excellent mixture of massage.
Take a bath to disconnect with sea salt and 4 drops of lemon essential oil. 2 drops in case of sensitive skin.
Enjoy the citric aroma applying 2-4 drops in a diffuser.
