Citronela essential oil to relieve insect bites
Citronela essential oil is very effective against mosquitoes and other insects. But there is not so much talk about its other benefits: it is a great assistant to menstrual symptoms, bites and irritation, nail fungi and joint problems.
It is also ideal to breathe and clear environments.
What is it for?
100% Citronela chemotyped essential oil, obtained by distillation in water vapor:
- Cleaning of fats for its antibacterial power.
- Acne treatment and mosquito bites.
- It helps eliminate skin and nails fungi.
- Sweat regulator.
- Anti -inflammatory to help in joint problems.
Who can use it?
Suitable for all skin types, except sensitive.
Precautions
- Consult a professional in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, children or babies.
- Do not drink it or use it directly on the skin, always mix in vegetable creams or oils (2% of essential oil in 98% of vegetable oil).
- Not indicated for sensitive skin.
- Never exceed the recommended dose.
- Wash your hands well after using it and avoiding eye contact.
- Keep away from heat, well covered and in a dry place.
How should I apply it?
We apply 10 drops in 10 ml. of vegetable oil or massage cream to perform body massages.
Inhale its aroma by adding it in a diffuser 2 or 4 drops, at least 1 hour a day.
Prepare a relaxing bath, adding 6 drops with your favorite gel.
