A colorless fixing gel that will make your mascara waterproof, long-lasting and water-resistant . You can also use Waterproof Maker alone for a natural look. In addition, you can apply it on the eyebrows if you wish.

How should I apply it?

To apply the transparent top coat from Artdeco, you must first choose between a natural finish or transform your mascara into Waterproof.
